Enrollment Workflow
This enrollment process is intentionally designed to balance accessibility with clinical responsibility. Each step supports appropriate group placement, participant safety, and the integrity of the therapeutic learning environment.
01
Select Your Support Track
Review the available DBT Skills Training tracks and choose the level of support that best aligns with your needs, availability, and desired structure. All tracks include the full DBT curriculum; differences reflect level of access, continuity, and individualized therapeutic involvement.
02
Complete Your Registration
After selecting your track, registration is completed by submitting the Program Eligibility & Readiness Form, which includes brief screening questions to assess appropriateness for DBT Skills Training, along with the payment and billing agreement required to reserve your seat. Enrollment is confirmed upon approval.
03
Submit Payment to Reserve Your Seat
At the conclusion of registration, you will be directed to the Pricing & Plans page to submit your initial payment and reserve your seat in the group. •This payment holds your place while clinical screening is completed •Enrollment is not yet finalized at this stage Your seat is not held without payment. Please Note: We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
04
Complete Intake Forms
After payment is submitted, you will be granted access to the secure client portal to review and complete the Clinical Intake & Program Guidelines Forms. These materials collect relevant clinical information, outline program terms and expectations, and include required informed consent and telehealth consent to support appropriate group placement and enrollment.
05
Clinical Review & Enrollment Determination
Your Program Eligibility & Readiness Form is reviewed to determine whether DBT Skills Training is the appropriate level of care for you at this time. This review helps ensure that: •You are emotionally stable enough for an outpatient skills training group •The group format aligns with your clinical needs •You are not currently experiencing a crisis requiring higher-level care •You can participate safely, consistently, and with adequate support If the program is determined not to be clinically appropriate, your initial payment will be refunded in full.
06
Enrollment Confirmation & Welcome Materials
Once enrollment is approved, you will receive: •Official enrollment confirmation •Your program schedule and Zoom details •Your welcome package (digital, depending on your track) At this stage, your place in the group is fully confirmed.
